摘　　要：目的基于智慧管理视角,构建责任制整体护理关键环节质量评价复合指标,为进一步落实责任制整体护理提供参考。方法运用文献分析法初步拟订指标,采用现场观察法调研院内责任制整体护理落实情况及质控需求,组织两次专家讨论,对初步形成的指标提出意见和建议,通过现场调研校验指标并运用于临床。结果形成的责任制整体护理关键环节质量评价复合指标共6个,包括责任护士平均绑定率、单患者日平均责任护士数、白班责任护士与A类护理任务匹配率、白班责任护士与B类护理任务匹配率、白班责任护士与分管患者巡视匹配度、单位时间责任护士照护各级患者小时数。指标应用后,责任制整体护理各关键环节质量均有所提升。结论关键环节质量评价复合指标具有一定科学性和创新性,可以用于评价责任制整体护理落实情况。Objective From the perspective of smart management,this study aims to construct composite indicators for quality evaluation of key links in the responsibility system holistic nursing,providing a reference for the further implementation of this system.Methods Literature analysis was initially used to draft the indicators.Field observation was employed to investigate the implementation status of the responsibility system holistic nursing and quality control needs within the hospital.Two expert discussions were organized to provide opinions and suggestions on the initially formed indicators.The indicators were then verified through field research and applied in clinical practice.Results A total of six composite indicators for quality evaluation of key links in the responsibility system holistic nursing were developed,including the average binding rate of responsible nurses,the average number of responsible nurses per patient per day,the matching rate between day-shift responsible nurses and type A nursing tasks,the matching rate between day-shift responsible nurses and type B nursing tasks,the matching degree between day-shift responsible nurses and patient rounds in their charge,and the number of hours per unit time that responsible nurses spend caring for patients at different levels.After the application of these indicators,the quality of each key link in the responsibility system holistic nursing improved.Conclusion The composite indicators for quality evaluation of key links are scientific and innovative,and can be used to evaluate the implementation of the responsibility system holistic nursing.
