摘　　要：护士在规定时间内对患者进行巡视,是分级护理的核心,也是确保患者安全的关键。针对使用移动PDA扫码巡视存在的护士巡视行为与记录不符、分级巡视不及时、护士工作量增加等问题,构建了护理巡视双闭环管理模式。通过设置护理巡视行为标记符号,借助信息技术,再造护理巡视业务流程,形成“护士巡视→巡视行为标记→巡视数据提取→巡视统计视图生成”的巡视活动闭环实践路径,并设置巡视质控关键点,分级授权闭环监测护理巡视质量。Nursing rounds conducted by nurses within specified time intervals are the core of graded nursing and crucial for ensuring patient safety.In response to issues such as discrepancies between nursing rounds behavior and records,delayed graded rounds,and increased nurse workload associated with mobile PDA scan-based rounds,a hospital has developed a dual closed-loop management model for nursing rounds.By setting nursing rounds behavior markers and leveraging information technology,the business process of nursing rounds has been redesigned.This has resulted in a closed-loop practice pathway for rounds activities:nurse rounds→rounds behavior marking→rounds data extraction→generation of rounds statistics views.Additionally,key points for rounds quality control have been established,and closed-loop monitoring of nursing rounds quality has been implemented with graded authorization.
