摘　　要：日间手术全程健康教育对于提升手术质量安全至关重要。针对传统日间手术健康宣教模式存在的信息过载及缺乏连续性、个性化、互动性、评价机制等问题,梳理出日间手术患者诊疗全流程21个关键宣教节点,制订了健康教育路径,构建了健康教育知识库,并基于人工智能技术搭建了智慧化健康教育平台,刻画并及时更新患者健康画像,精准、灵活提供健康宣教服务,提高了患者满意度,优化了护理服务模式。Health education throughout the day surgery process is crucial for improving surgical quality and safety.In response to issues such as information overload,lack of continuity,personalization,interactivity,and evaluation mechanisms in traditional health education model for day surgery,a certain hospital has identified 21 key education nodes throughout the entire diagnosis and treatment process for day surgery patient.It has developed a health education pathway,established a health education knowledge base,and built an intelligent health education platform based on artificial intelligence technology.This platform portrays and timely updates patient health profiles,providing precise and flexible health education service,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction and optimizing nursing service model.
