摘 要:组建专科护理联盟是优化区域间护理资源均衡布局的有效手段。针对基层医疗机构专科护理服务能力不足的问题,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院充分发挥省级医院优势,牵头建立跨省域专科护理联盟,探索实施“省级医院-市/县级医院-区级医院-社区卫生服务中心”的四级联动专科智慧护理帮扶模式,通过建章立制、信息赋能、精准帮扶,为市/县级医院提供人才培养和专科服务支持,为区级医院和社区卫生服务中心提供智慧化护理会诊服务,实现了基层医院专科护理服务能力和上级医院品牌影响力双提升。Establishing a specialty nursing alliance is an effective means of optimizing the balanced distribution of nursing resources across regions.In response to the inadequate specialty nursing service capabilities of primary healthcare institutions,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,leveraging its strengths as a provincial hospital,took the lead in establishing a cross-provincial specialty nursing alliance.The alliance explored and implemented a four-level collaborative smart specialty nursing assistance model,namely"provincial hospital-municipal/county hospital-district hospital-community health service center".Through the establishment of regulations,digital empowerment,and targeted assistance,it provided talent training and specialty service support to municipal/county hospitals,and offered smart nursing consultation services to district hospitals and community health service centers.This approach has achieved dual improvements in the specialty nursing service capabilities of primary hospitals and the brand influence of upper-level hospitals.
