摘　　要：陕西省人民医院积极响应《全国护理事业发展规划(2021-2025年)》《进一步改善护理服务行动计划(2023—2025年)》政策要求,开展基于SPO模型的“互联网+护理服务”实践。在结构维度,通过建立三级管理架构,明确服务项目,严格审核护士资质,建立稳固的服务框架;在过程维度,通过建立多部门联动保障体系,搭建院内外协同信息平台,严格筛选与评估服务对象,规范化开展上门护理服务;在结果维度,通过建立多元化评价机制,促进模式不断优化,为医疗机构开展“互联网+护理服务”提供借鉴经验。Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital actively responds to the policy requirements outlined in the"National Nursing Development Plan(2021-2025)"and the"Action Plan for Further Improving Nursing Services(2023-2025)"by implementing the"Internet+Nursing Service"practice based on the SPO model.In the structural dimension,a three-level management framework is established,service items are clearly defined,nurse qualifications are strictly reviewed,and a stable service framework is established.In the process dimension,a multi-department collaborative support system is established,an information platform for intra-and extra-hospital collaboration is built,service recipients are rigorously screened and assessed,and home nursing services are provided in a standardized manner.In the outcome dimension,a diversified evaluation mechanism is established to promote continuous optimization of the model,providing reference experience for medical institutions to carry out"Internet+Nursing Service".
