摘 要:目的基于全程管理模式,降低连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)患者无隧道和涤纶套透析导管(NCC)功能不良发生率。方法开展问题解决型品管圈活动,运用质量管理工具对CRRT患者NCC功能不良问题进行针对性改进。结果CRRT患者NCC功能不良发生率从活动前的19.87%降低至活动后的8.28%,保证了CRRT的及时性。结论通过开展问题解决型品管圈活动,降低了CRRT患者NCC功能不良发生率,提高了急危重症患者救治成功率,提升了医疗护理质量。Objective To reduce the incidence of non-cuffed catheter(NCC)dysfunction in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)based on a whole-process management model.Methods A problem-solving quality control circle(QCC)activity was launched,utilizing quality management tools to make targeted improvements to address the issue of NCC dysfunction in CRRT patients.Results The incidence of NCC dysfunction decreased from 19.87%before the activity to 8.28%after the activity,ensuring the timeliness of CRRT.Conclusion By conducting the problem-solving QCC activity,the incidence of NCC dysfunction in CRRT patients was reduced,improving the success rate of treating critically ill patients and enhancing the quality of medical and nursing care.
