摘 要:随着全球军事格局的动态演变及前沿科技的快速发展,武器装备管理正经历从传统经验型向科技驱动型的深刻变革。系统梳理了装备质量管理、健康管理及其他新型管理技术的发展现状与趋势,重点分析了数字化、智能化技术对装备全寿命周期管理的推动作用。针对现有研究的局限性,提出新时代武器装备管理需强化多学科交叉融合、构建智能驱动的管理体系架构,并通过创新人才培养模式与标准体系建设,提升装备管理的综合效能。With the dynamic evolution of the global military landscape and the rapid development of cutting-edge technologies,weaponry equipment management is undergoing a profound transformation from traditional experience-based approaches to technology-driven methodologies.The development status and trends in equipment quality management,health management,and other new types of management technologies are systematically sorted out,the role of digitalization and intelligent technologies in advancing full lifecycle management of equipment is selectively analyzed.In light of the limitations of existing researches,it is proposed that the weaponry equipment management in the new era should emphasize multidisciplinary integration,construct an intelligence-driven management system architecture,and enhance the overall effectiveness of equipment management through innovative talent development modes and the establishment of standardized systems.
