摘  要:针对储能电池剩余电量(State of Charge,SOC)对火电机组调频控制策略的影响,根据SOC状态及时调整火电机组的控制策略,使整个联合运行系统不纯粹依赖于储能侧动作,使SOC始终维持在中间值,发挥电池储能调频响应速度快等优势,保证对每次自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)指令的充分响应,同时实现减少电池损耗,延长电池使用寿命,提高电厂经济效益的目的。In response to the impact of the state of charge(SOC)of energy storage batteries on the frequency control strategy of thermal power units,the control strategy of thermal power units is adjusted in a timely manner according to the SOC state,so that the entire joint operation system does not rely solely on the energy storage side action,and the SOC is always maintained at the intermediate value,taking advantage of the fast response speed of battery energy storage frequency control,ensuring sufficient response to each automatic generation control(AGC)command,while reducing battery losses,extending battery life,and improving the economic benefits of power plants.
