摘 要:针对快递包装资源浪费及焚烧产生的环境污染问题,文章提出了考虑资源再利用效应的物流网点二阶段选址模型问题。第一阶段利用改进的k-means聚类算法对快递物流网点进行聚类划分和选址,确定各区域的快递包装回收中转站,第二阶段采用改进的蚁群算法,在选址中设置焚烧点,改进废弃包装的处理方式。本研究尝试通过上述方法,减少运输和焚烧过程中的污染物,此举可促进资源的持续利用,实现环境、经济及路径效应的正反馈。研究表明,该模型在多物流网点选址中的运用,能有效降低运输成本,解决快递包装的污染问题。In response to the issues of resource wastage and environmental pollution caused by the incineration of express delivery packaging,this paper proposes a two-stage location selection model for logistics outlets that takes into account the effects of resource reutilization.In the first stage,an improved k-means clustering algorithm is e`mployed to classify and locate express delivery logistics outlets,thereby determining the collection and transfer stations for express packaging recycling in each region.In the second stage,an enhanced ant colony optimization algorithm is applied to establish incineration points within the selected locations and to improve the disposal methods of discarded packaging.This study attempts to reduce pollutants generated during transportation and incineration through the aforementioned approaches.Such measures can promote the sustainable utilization of resources and achieve positive feedback in terms of environmental,economic,and routing effects.The research findings indicate that the application of this model in the location selection of multiple logistics outlets can effectively reduce transportation costs and address the pollution problems associated with express delivery packaging.
