摘 要:大食物观视域下,农业安全关乎国家粮食安全。种业创新能力的动态综合评价是探究国家粮食安全的重要路径之一。文章以10家典型种子企业为样本,从创新投入、创新产出、创新环境3个方面构建指标体系,利用TOPSIS灰色关联投影法计算灰色关联投影贴近度,通过二次加权计算,对我国种业创新能力进行动态综合评价。结果表明,我国种子企业的整体创新能力较低且存在很大的差异,产业发展不平衡问题突出,具有较大的发展空间。From the perspective of big food,agricultural security is related to national food security.The dynamic comprehensive evaluation of seed industry innovation ability is one of the important ways to explore national food security.The study takes ten typical seed enterprises as samples and constructs an indicator system from three aspects:innovation input,innovation output,and innovation environment.The gray correlation projection proximity was calculated by using the TOPSIS gray correlation projection method,and the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of China's seed industry was carried out through the quadratic weighting calculation.The results show that the overall innovation ability of seed enterprises in China is low and there are great differences,and the problem of unbalanced industrial development is prominent,and there is a large space for development.
