摘 要:简述了铜钛合金的发展现状,主要介绍了以真空熔炼为基础粉末冶金为研究方向的铜钛合金的制备技术,论述铜钛合金固溶时效的相变过程与强化机理,对轧制工艺的强化原理进行了介绍。总结了时效工艺以及变形强化工艺与性能的关系,描述了第三元素对铜钛合金性能的影响,并对部分元素的影响机理进行了叙述,并对目前铜钛合金性能优化的前沿技术进行了介绍。This review provided a concise overview of the state of copper-titanium alloys,with a focus on the preparation techniques based on vacuum melting and powder metallurgy.The phase transformation process and strengthening mechanisms during solution aging of copper-titanium alloys were discussed in detail.The principles of strengthening through rolling processes were also introduced.The relationship between aging processes,deformation strengthening techniques,and their impact on performance was summarized.Additionally,the influence of third elements on the properties of copper-titanium alloys was described,including the mechanisms by which certain elements affected performance.The paper concluded with an introduction to the latest advancements in optimizing the properties of copper-titanium alloys.
