摘 要:天然橡胶(NR)因其优异的性能在橡胶产品领域中得到广泛应用。然而,填料的分散性和填料与橡胶间的界面相互作用一直是制约填料增强橡胶复合材料性能的关键因素。利用化学原位沉积法在填料二氧化硅(SiO_(2))上生成硫磺,制得兼具增强和硫化功能的SiO_(2)-S填料。通过胶乳共混法和热压硫化工艺制得NR/SiO_(2)-S复合材料。研究不同结构的SiO_(2)对NR复合材料的交联结构、界面相互作用、力学性能、生热性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明,采用SiO_(2)-S增强的NR复合材料具有较好的分散性,其拉伸强度、撕裂强度、生热值、导热系数分别为21.2 MPa、33.75 N/mm、8.9℃、0.54 W/(m·K)。并且,当其用作胎面胶时可有效降低胎心温度11℃,表现出较好热控制能力。这表明该研究有望为高性能、长寿命胎用橡胶复合材料提供新思路。Natural rubber(NR)is widely used in the field of rubber products due to its excellent properties.However,the dispersion of fillers and the interfacial interaction between fillers and rubber have always been key factors limiting the performance of filler-reinforced rubber composites.By using the chemical in-situ deposition method to generate sulfur on the silica(SiO_(2)),the SiO_(2)-S filler with both reinforcing and vulcanizing functions was obtained.The NR/SiO_(2)-S composites was prepared through the latex blending method and hot press vulcanization process.The effects of different SiO_(2)structures on the crosslinking structure,interfacial interaction,mechanical properties,heat build-up and thermal conductivity of NR composites were studied.The results showed that the NR composites reinforced with SiO_(2)-S had better dispersion,with tensile strength,tear strength,heat build-up value,and thermal conductivity of 21.2 MPa,33.75 N/mm,8.9℃,and 0.54 W/(m·K),respectively.Moreover,when used as tread rubber,it could effectively reduce the tire core temperature by 11℃,showing good thermal control capability.This indicates that the study has the potential to provide new insights for the development of high-performance and long-life tire rubber composites.
