摘 要:利用溶胶凝胶法结合煅烧的方式制备了ZnO纳米颗粒负载于球状氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))的ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)复合光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对制备的ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)光催化剂的结构进行了表征分析,并以光催化降解甲基橙(MO)为模拟探针反应,研究了煅烧温度、醋酸锌(Zn(OAc)_(2))初始浓度、Al_(2)O_(3)球体粒径及ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)的投加量对光催化剂催化性能的影响。研究结果表明,ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂是由棉絮状的ZnO非均匀的负载在Al_(2)O_(3)的表面,比表面积达到纯ZnO的8.45倍。当煅烧温度为500℃,Zn(OAc)_(2)初始浓度为0.25 g/mL、Al_(2)O_(3)球粒径为3~5 mm、ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂用量为6 g时,对MO的降解率最高,可达到97.1%。同时ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)光催化剂具有易于分离,可以多次循环利用,并且对刚果红(CR)和酸性品红(AF)有机染料也有很好的光催化降解效果。In this research,ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)composite photocatalysts supported by ZnO anoparticles on spherical alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))were prepared by sol-gel method combined with calcination.The structures of the produced ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)was studied and examined utilizing spectroscopic techniques such as X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM).At the same time,utilizing photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange(MO)as a simulated probe reaction,the effects of calcination temperature,starting concentration of zinc acetate(Zn(OAc)_(2)),particle size of Al_(2)O_(3)spheres,and dosage of ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)on the catalytic activity of the photocatalyst were examined.The results show that the ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst is supported by cotton-like ZnO in a non-uniform state on the surface of Al_(2)O_(3),with a specific surface area of 8.45 times that of pure ZnO.When the calcination temperature is 500℃,the starting concentration of zinc acetate is 0.25 g/mL,the particle size of Al_(2)O_(3)is 3-5 mm,and the weight of ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst is 6 g,the degradation rate of methyl orange is the greatest,reaching 97.1%.Meanwhile,ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)photocatalyst is easy to separate,can be recycled many times,and have strong photocatalytic degradation effects on organic dyes such as Tetracycline,Congo red(CR),and acid fuchsin(AF).
