摘　　要：安源工人纠察队是中国共产党领导下的维护工运的有生力量,其成立发展与党领导工人运动的斗争实践同行并育。纵观安源工人纠察队发展历程,它始终彰显着党的早期武装力量的鲜明政治属性:政治建制与军事转型中,一以贯之坚持党的绝对领导;政治教育与军事斗争中,坚定不移贯彻党的历史使命;政治整合与军事协同中,矢志不渝践行党的群众路线。这对实现建军一百年奋斗目标、加快把人民军队建成世界一流军队有着重要意义与参考价值。The Anyuan Workers’Picket Corps is a living force for the defence of the labour movement under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),whose establishment and development went hand in hand with the Party's practice of leading the workers’movement.Throughout the development of the Anyuan Workers'Pickets,the distinctive political attributes of the Party's early armed forces have always been evident:in the political establishment and military transformation,it has consistently adhered to the absolute leadership of the Party;in the political education and military struggles,it has unswervingly carried out the Party's historical mission;and in the political integration and military coordination,it has unswervingly practised the Party's mass line.This is of great significance and reference value for the realisation of the goal of building the army for one hundred years and accelerating the building of the people's army into a world-class army.
