摘 要:依据黑河市森林2000年未实施重点公益林项目工程的691块样地及2015年实施项目工程后的1342块样地,总计4种林分类型的2033块样地调查的碳储量数据,建立黑河市森林在项目工程前后的碳储量生长模型,确定各个林分类型在项目工程前后的最大连年生长量,分析黑河市重点公益林项目对黑河市碳增汇的影响。结果表明:4种主要林分类型的碳储量生长模型平均预估误差均在10%以内,确定系数均在0.4以上。黑河市4种主要林分类型在项目工程后的最大连年生长量均有增加。其中,柞树(Quercus mongolica)林的增长最大,从0.84 t·hm^(-2)增长到1.34 t·hm^(-2);其次是阔叶混交林及落叶松(Larix gmelinii)林;增长最小的是白桦(Betula platyphylla)林,仅增长0.14 t·hm^(-2)。黑河市重点公益林项目对4种主要林分类型的碳汇有增长作用,增长量由大到小依次为柞树林、阔叶混交林、落叶松林、白桦林,增长量分别为37.77%、30.41%、22.76%、12.57%。Based on the carbon storage data surveyed from 691 sample plots in the forests of Heihe City before the implementation of the key public welfare forest project in 2000 and 1 342 sample plots after the implementation of the project in 2015, a total of 2 033 sample plots of 4 forest stand types, a growth model of forest carbon storage in Heihe City before and after the project implementation was established. The maximum continuous annual increment of each forest stand type before and after the project implementation was determined, and the influence of the key public welfare forest project in Heihe City on the carbon sink enhancement in Heihe City was analyzed. The results showed that the average prediction errors of the carbon storage growth models of the 4 main forest stand types were all within 10%, and the determination coefficients were all above 0.4. The maximum continuous annual increments of the 4 main forest stand types in Heihe City all increased after the project implementation. Among them, the growth of Quercus mongolica forest was the largest, increasing from 0.84 t·hm^(-2) to 1.34 t·hm^(-2) , followed by broad-leaved mixed forest and Larix gmelinii forest, the growth of Betula platyphylla forest was the smallest, with only an increase of 0.14 t·hm^(-2) . The key public welfare forest project in Heihe City had a promoting effect on the carbon sinks of the 4 main forest stand types. The growth amounts, from large to small, were Q. mongolica forest, broad-leaved mixed forest, L. gmelinii forest, and B. platyphylla forest, with the growth rates being 37.77%, 30.41%, 22.76%, and 12.57% respectively.
