摘  要:以内蒙古科尔沁沙地南缘的敖汉旗典型退化小叶杨(Populus simonii Carr.)人工林为研究对象,设置行间混交改造、块状混交改造、皆伐混交改造、对照样地(未改造退化小叶杨人工林)4个试验方案,每种改造模式及对照样地均设置3个50 m×50 m重复样地;2023年8月份,在每个样地内沿对角线设置3个重复土壤剖面,采用环刀法分别采集土层深度(h)0<h≤10 cm、10 cm<h≤20 cm、20 cm<h≤40 cm、40 cm<h≤60 cm土壤样品,按照试验设计测定土壤密度、孔隙度、有机质质量分数、总氮质量分数、总磷质量分数;采用单因素方差分析法(ANOVA)、斯皮尔曼(Spearman)分析法,分析不同改造模式对退化小叶杨人工林土壤理化性质及土壤生态化学计量特征的影响。结果表明:行间混交改造模式的土壤物理性质,比其他改造模式的土壤物理性质变化显著(P<0.05)。与行间混交改造相比,块状混交改造、皆伐混交改造及对照样地人工林的土壤总氮质量分数,分别减少3.21%、12.45%、19.68%。与行间混交改造相比,块状混交改造的土壤总磷质量分数增加6.76%。研究区林木生长主要受氮素的营养限制;相关性分析结果表明,土壤碳质量分数与磷质量分数比(w(C)∶w(P))受土壤有机质质量分数影响较大,土壤氮质量分数与磷质量分数比(w(N)∶w(P))受土壤总氮质量分数影响较大。This study focuses on typical degraded Populus simonii Carr.plantations in Aohan Banner,located on the southern edge of the Horqin Sandy Land in Inner Mongolia.Four experimental treatments were established:inter-row mixed transformation,patch mixed transformation,clear-cutting mixed transformation,and control plots(untransformed degraded P.simonii plantations).Each transformation mode and the control plots included three replicated plots of 50 m×50 m.In August 2023,three replicated soil profiles were set along the diagonal in each plot,and soil samples were collected using the ring knife method at depths of 0<h≤10 cm,10 cm<h≤20 cm,20 cm<h≤40 cm,and 40 cm<h≤60 cm.Soil bulk density,porosity,organic matter content,total nitrogen content,and total phosphorus content were measured according to the experimental design.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)and Spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze the effects of different transformation modes on the soil physicochemical properties and ecological stoichiometric characteristics of the degraded P.simonii plantations.The results showed that the soil physical properties of the inter-row mixed transformation mode changed significantly compared to those of the other transformation modes(P<0.05).Compared to the inter-row mixed transformation,the total nitrogen content in the soil decreased by 3.21%,12.45%,and 19.68%in the patch mixed transformation,clear-cutting mixed transformation,and control plots,respectively.In contrast,the total phosphorus content in the soil increased by 6.76%in the patch mixed transformation compared to the inter-row mixed transformation.The growth of trees in the study area is primarily limited by nitrogen availability.Correlation analysis indicated that the soil carbon-to-phosphorus ratio(w(C)∶w(P))is significantly influenced by soil organic matter content,while the soil nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio(w(N)∶w(P))is largely affected by soil total nitrogen content.
