摘　　要：护理工作室是由医院护理团队或护理专家和相应学科人员组成的以护士为主导的团队,为患者提供专业化的护理服务,同时在护理学科建设、人才培养、专业发展等方面取得一定成效的组织。文章综述了护理工作室的发展概要、人员构成及职责、运行模式及效果评价,并结合我国国情提出护理工作室未来的发展方向,为加快护理工作室的建设提供借鉴。The nursing studio represents an innovative organizational model which is run by a nurse-led multidisciplinary team(nursing expert with particular expertise,clinical nurse,and members of other healthcare professions).It is designed to deliver specialized patient care services,and commit to advance the nursing discipline construction,talent cultivation,and development of nursing profession.This paper reviews the development,staff composition and roles/responsibilities,operating mode and effect evaluation of nursing studio,and provides directions for future development according to Chinese context,thus to provide reference for accelerating the construction of nursing studios.
