摘  要:2025年1月2日,宁夏回族自治区银川市先后发生了永宁4.8级和金凤4.6级地震。两次地震虽未造成重大人员伤亡,但因震感强烈,引发了公众的广泛关注。通过系统介绍应急处置过程中的速报产出、应急指挥、现场调查、信息发布和舆情引导等方面的工作,阐述了本次地震应急处置的过程及取得的成效。通过深度剖析应急响应过程中暴露的科普宣传不足、信息共享与协同联动不畅等问题,提出了加强科普宣传、优化应急指挥机制、完善应急预案内容、强化灾害监测及服务等改进对策。研究总结了本次应急处置工作的经验启示,以期为后续地震应急管理提供参考和借鉴。M 4.8 earthquakeM 4.6 earthquake occurred in Yongning and Jinfeng of Yinchuan City on January 2,2025.Although significant casualties were avoided,the strong tremors attracted widespread public attention.This study illustrated the procedures undertaken and the effectiveness achieved during the response by detailing the emergency response process,which includes rapid report generation,emergency command,on-site investigation,information dissemination,and public sentiment management.Issues such as insufficient public science education,ineffective information sharing,and inadequate inter-departmental coordination were identified through an in-depth analysis of the emergency response.Consequently,recommendations for enhancing public science communication,optimizing emergency command mechanisms,improving emergency response plans,and advancing disaster monitoring and technological services were proposed.Additionally,the experiences and lessons learned from the emergency response efforts were summarized to provide references and insights for future earthquake emergency management.
