摘 要:针对目前凝胶基传感器抗冻性能差、粘附力弱等问题,以纳米氧化铝(Al2O3 NPs)为无机交联剂,丙烯酸(AA),甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA),甲基丙烯酰乙基磺基甜菜碱(SBMA)为单体,水与氯化胆碱和尿素组成的低共熔溶剂(DES)的混合体系作为分散相,制备了具有高拉伸性(>800%),优异透明性(>80%),良好导电性(>0.19 S/m),同时兼具自粘附与抗冻性能的纳米复合凝胶(NC-DES gels)。研究结果表明:制备的NC-DES gels不仅可以牢固黏附于皮肤、玻璃以及塑料等各种物质表面,而且能够随皮肤一起产生形变而不出现界面分离,同时通过电阻的变化对人体不同行为进行快速、重复、稳定地监测。基于NC-DES gels制备的柔性传感器表现出高应变灵敏度、宽应变检测范围以及良好的稳定性,在人机交互、健康监护以及运动监测等领域有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problem of poor freezing resistance and weak adhesiveness of current gel-based flexible sensors,highly stretchable(>800%),transparent(>80%)and conductive(>0.19S/m)nanocomposite gel(NC-DES gel)with self-adhesiveness and anti-freezing capacity were prepared in the mixture of water and low eutectic solvent(DES)consisting of choline chloride and urea,using alumina nanoparticles(Al2O3 NPs)as inorganic crosslinking agent and acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),methacryloxyethyl sulfobetaine(SBMA)as monomers,respectively.It was found that the prepared NC-DES gel can not only firmly adhere to the surface of various substances such as skin,glass and plastic,but it also can deform along with the skin without interface separation.At the same time,different behaviors of human body can be rapidly,repeatedly and stably monitored through the change of electrical resistance.The flexible sensors based on NC-DES gel show high strain sensitivity,wide strain detection range and good stability,which holds broad application prospects in the fields of human-computer interaction,health monitoring and motion.monitoring.
