摘  要:为解决纺织品防伪困难的问题,创新性的将碳量子点应用于纱线染色。选用Mn^(2+)掺杂碳量子点(Mn-C-dots)对锦纶纱线进行染色,通过TEM对碳量子点的微观形貌进行表征并利用荧光寿命和荧光量子效率对碳量子点的荧光性能进行评估,探究碳量子点结构和荧光性能之间的构效关系。优化碳量子点荧光染色锦纶纱线的工艺,并采取酸性染料、碳量子点荧光染色两步工艺套染,不仅获得了荧光变色效果,还大大提高了色彩多样性。最终,利用酸性染料拼色配色开发得到基本无色差的酸性染料染色工艺,扩大了碳量子点染色纱线制造防伪纺织品的应用场景。In order to solve the problem of textile anti-counterfeiting difficulties,carbon quantum dots are innovatively applied to yarn dyeing.Mn^(2+)-doped carbon quantum dots(Mn-C-dots)were used to dye nylon yarn.The microscopic morphology of carbon quantum dots was characterized by TEM,and the fluorescence performance of carbon quantum dots was evaluated by fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence quantum efficiency,to explore the structure-activity relationship between the structure and fluorescence performance of carbon quantum dots.The process of carbon quantum dot fluorescent dyeing nylon yarn was optimized,and the two-step process of acid dye and carbon quantum dot fluorescent dyeing was adopted,which not only achieved the fluorescent color change effect,but also greatly improved the color diversity.Finally,the acid dye dyeing process with basically no color difference was developed by using acid dye color matching,which expanded the application scenarios of carbon quantum dot dyed yarn to manufacture anti-counterfeiting textiles.
