摘　　要：怀化长征文化公园建设是长征国家文化公园建设中的重要组成部分与关键节点,对长征国家文化公园建设及怀化地方经济社会发展具有十分重要的战略价值。各级党政机关和社会力量是怀化长征文化公园建设的决策者、实施者和参与者,需科学合理规划设计,制定切实可行的建设方案,将怀化长征文化公园建设成一个育人与休闲融合的文化休闲地标、“文旅融合+乡村振兴”新典范以及人与自然交融的多功能型文化公园。The construction of Huaihua Long March Cultural Park is an important component and key node in the construction of Long March National Cultural Park,and has significant strategic value for the local economic and social development of Huaihua.CPC and governmental affiliations at all levels,as well as social forces,are the decision-makers,implementers,and participants in the construction of Huaihua Long March Cultural Park,they are supposed to scientifically and rationally plan and design,formulate practical and feasible construction projects,and build Huaihua Long March Cultural Park as an educationally cultural and leisurely landmark that“asociates cultural tourism with rural revitalization”as a new model,and a multifunctional cultural park harmonizing human with nature.
