摘　　要：非排他性数字亲密关系作为数智化时代的新型情感模式,通过个体接受机制的多维驱动满足了现代社会对灵活、即时以及多元化情感需求的追求,同时形成了对传统亲密关系中排他性与忠诚等伦理观念的挑战。这一模式在彰显其情感支持价值的同时,引发了用户对情感能力弱化的担忧,并暴露出情感依赖与操纵、数据隐私与伦理责任模糊化等深刻问题。为促进这一情感模式的可持续发展,需明确其伦理边界,通过优化技术设计、强化隐私保护、明确法律责任与建立行业标准,规避其潜在风险,为构建符合时代发展的创新型人机情感交互生态提供理论支撑与实践指引。As a new emotional paradigm in the era of digital intelligence,non-exclusive digital intimacy is driven by multidimensional individual acceptance mechanisms to meet modern society's demand for flexible,immediate,and diverse emotional connections.At the same time,it challenges traditional ethical concepts such as exclusivity and loyalty in intimate relationships.While demonstrating its value in providing emotional support,this model also raises concerns about weakening users'emotional capacity,emotional dependency and manipulation,blurred data privacy boundaries,and ambiguous ethical responsibilities.To ensure its sustainable development,it is necessary to define its ethical boundaries,optimize technological design,strengthen privacy protection,clarify legal responsibilities,and establish industry standards.These measures can help mitigate potential risks and provide both theoretical and practical guidance for building innovative human-machine emotional interaction.
