摘  要:有机-无机杂化卤化铅钙钛矿由于其具有优异的光学性能、长的载流子扩散长度和良好的载流子输运能力以及辐照稳定等优势,在下一代X射线探测器中得到了广泛的应用。目前,在X射线探测的研究中所使用的主要是钙钛矿单晶材料,然而由于其具有制备工艺复杂以及尺寸和厚度不可控等缺点,限制了其在X射线探测中的进一步应用。因此,现阶段亟需发展制备工艺简单、面积且厚度可控的高质量钙钛矿材料制备技术。在此,通过快速结晶、研磨和机械热压相结合的方法制备尺寸可控的MAPbCl_(3)多晶片;并对多晶片进行微观形貌、物相结构、电化学阻抗、紫外-可见吸收谱和X射线响应测试的表征。结果表明,通过热压法制备的MAPbCl_(3)多晶片具有较高的致密性和良好的X射线光电响应性能,因而有望广泛应用于X射线探测。Organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskite has been widely used in the next generation X-ray detectors because of its excellent optical properties,long carrier diffusion length,good carrier transport capacity and irradiation stability.At present,perovskite single crystal materials are mainly used in X-ray detection research.However,due to its complex preparation process and uncontrollable size and thickness,its further application in X-ray detection is limited.Therefore,at this stage,it is urgent to develop high-quality perovskite material preparation technology with simple preparation process,controllable area and thickness.Here,we prepared MAPbCl_(3)polychips with controllable size by combining rapid crystallization,grinding and mechanical hot pressing.The micromorphology,phase structure,electrochemical impedance,UV-VIS absorption spectrum and X-ray response of the polycrystal were characterized.The results show that the MAPbCl_(3)polychip prepared by hot pressing method has high density and good X-ray photoelectric response,so it is expected to be widely used in X-ray detection.
