摘　　要：阿伐曲泊帕作为一种口服血小板生成素受体激动剂(TPO-RA),在治疗慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)和慢性肝病(CLD)相关血小板减少症中显示出显著疗效。本文从阿伐曲泊帕专利申请的角度,分析了专利发展的整体情况,并对关键技术进行了探讨,同时,结合专利文献,对合成路线及其改进情况进行了总结,并针对最新前言的适应证治疗情况进行了综述,以期为相关领域的科研人员提供参考,并给出人才引进的建议。Avatrombopag,an oral thrombopoietin receptor agonist(TPO-RA),has demonstrated significant efficacy in treating chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)and thrombocytopenia associated with chronic liver disease(CLD).This review analyzes the development of avatrombopag patents,focusing on key technologies and summarizing synthesis routes and improvements based on patent literature.Additionally,it provides an overview of the latest advancements in therapeutic indications,offering valuable insights for researchers and recommendations for talent recruitment in the field.
