碳酸盐系统-离子色谱法测定饮用水中高氯酸盐的研究

摘  要:本文基于《生活饮用水标准检验方法第5部分:无机非金属指标》(GB/T 5750.5—2023)离子色谱法-碳酸盐系统淋洗液进行方法建立,使用瑞士万通883basic IC plus型离子色谱仪,采用Metrosep A Supp 4(250 mm×4 mm)色谱柱作为分析柱,使用碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠溶液和乙腈作为流动相,定量分析使用外标法进行定量。实验结果表明,在0.007~0.140 mg/L的线性范围内,相关系数r>0.999,检出限0.002 mg/L,在0.020 mg/L、0.070 mg/L和0.120 mg/L三个浓度水平下回收率为85.0%~100.0%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~11.3%;对有证标准物质进行重复测定,相对误差为-2.0%~4.0%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~2.5%,以上指标均满足方法要求。Based on the《Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water Part 5:Inorganic Non Metallic Indicators》(GB/T 5750.5—2023),a method was established using the ion chromatography-carbonate system,using the 883basic IC plus ion chromatograph from Metrohm,with the Metrosep A Supp 4-250/4.0 column as the analytical column and using sodium carbonate,sodium bicarbonate solution,and acetonitrile as the elution solvents.Quantitative analysis was performed using external standardization.The experimental results showed that the linear relationship coefficient(r)was greater than 0.999 in the linear range of 0.007~0.140mg/L,the detection limit was 0.002 mg/L,and the recovery rates were 85.0%~100.0%at three concentration levels of 0.020 mg/L,0.070 mg/L,and 0.120 mg/L,with a relative standard deviation of 0.6%~11.3%.For repeated determination of certified standard substances,the relative error was-2.0%~4.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.6%~2.5%.All the above indicators meet the method requirements.
