半枫荷类药材的生药学鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:确定半枫荷药材市场主流品种,为其替代金缕半枫荷的使用提供市场依据。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别及薄层鉴别方法,对半枫荷药材的2个重要来源(半枫荷及翻白叶树)进行生药学比较,对各地区收集到的39批半枫荷药材进行初步鉴别与分类,初步了解市场流通的半枫荷药材的来源。结果:在收集到的39批半枫荷药材中,初步鉴定区别出30批半枫荷药材的来源为梧桐科翻白叶树,4批来源为金缕梅科半枫荷,5批来源为其他。结论:半枫荷药材的市场主流品种为翻白叶树,以翻白叶树代替金缕半枫荷使用有一定的市场依据。Objective:To identify the mainstream variety of Pterospermum(Banfenghe)in the market and provide market-based evidence for its substitution of Chimonanthus praecox(Jinlv Banfenghe).Methods:Morphological identification,microscopic identification,and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)were employed to compare the two important sources of Banfenghe,namely Pterospermum and Sterculia,from a pharmacognostic perspective.A total of 39 batches of Banfenghe collected from different regions were preliminarily identified and classified to gain an initial understanding of the sources of Banfenghe in the market.Results:Among the 39 batches of Banfenghe collected,30 batches were preliminarily identified as originating from Sterculia(family Sterculiaceae),4 batches from Pterospermum(family Pterospermaceae),and 5 batches from other sources.Conclusion:The mainstream variety of Banfenghe in the market is Sterculia.The substitution of Chimonanthus praecox(Jinlv Banfenghe)with Sterculia has a certain market basis.
