摘  要:近紫外芯片和红绿蓝三基色荧光粉组装的白光发光二极管(NUV-WLED)能有效缓解“蓝光危害”和提升显色指数。通过高温固相法制备得到Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24):xEu^(3+)(0≤x≤0.15)红色荧光粉,利用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、光谱仪等对样品的物相结构、微观形貌和发光性能进行研究,并分析Eu^(3+)掺杂量对发光性能的影响。Eu^(3+)成功掺杂进入Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24)基体中,样品主激发峰为393 nm(7F0→5L6),主发射峰为612 nm(5D0→7F2),x=0.09时发光强度最大。将Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24):xEu^(3+)红色荧光粉制成白光LED器件,显色指数接近90并表现出稳定的白光发射。该研究报道的Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24):xEu^(3+)红色荧光粉在紫外LED芯片驱动的白光发光二极管照明上有着潜在应用价值。The white light-emitting diode(NUV-WLED)assembled by the near-ultraviolet chip and the red-green-blue phosphor can effectively alleviate the“blue light hazard”and improve the color rendering index.In this study,Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24):xEu^(3+)(0≤x≤0.15)red phosphors were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method,and the phase structure,micromorphology and luminescence properties of the samples were studied by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscope and spectrometer,and the effect of Eu^(3+)doping on the luminescence properties was analyzed.Eu^(3+)was successfully doped into the Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24)matrix,and the central excitation peak of the sample was 393 nm(7F0→5L6),the central emission peak was 612 nm(5D0→7F2),and the luminous intensity was the highest when x=0.09.The white LED device was fabricated from Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24):xEu^(3+)red phosphor,and the color rendering index was close to 90 and showed stable white light emission.The Ba_(9)Lu_(2)Si_(6)O_(24):xEu^(3+)red phosphor reported in this study has potential application value in white light-emitting diode illumination driven by UV LED chips.
