低速轴流压气机叶尖泄漏涡破碎研究

摘  要:该文对低速大尺寸轴流压气机进行了全环定常和非定常的数值模拟,并研究了近失速状态下压气机叶尖泄漏涡破碎、泄漏涡非定常摆动和旋转不稳定性的关联性。研究结果表明:当压气机接近失速点时,转子叶尖出现泄漏涡非定常破碎,易引起叶片前缘压力面和吸力面压差的周期性变化,导致泄漏速度周期发生变化,从而造成泄漏涡周期性的摆动。相邻叶片的泄漏涡非定常摆动的相位并不相同,从周向空间来看,形成具有稳定波数和传播速度的旋转不稳定性。研究结果对认识旋转不稳定性的流动机制具有一定参考意义。A whole annular steady and unsteady numerical simulation is carried out on a low speed large-scale axial-compressor to investigate the relationship between tip leakage vortex breakdown and fluctuation and rotating instability.The results indicate that periodic variation in the pressure difference between the pressure surface and the suction surface of blade tip is induced by the tip leakage vortex unsteady breakdown at the near stall operating condition,resulting in a periodic variation of the leakage speed,which in turn causes the leakage vortex to fluctuate periodically.Observing from the circumferential space,the phase differences,which exist at the adjacent blade,bring out a rotating instability phenomenon with a stable wave number and propagation velocity.It has certain significance for knowing about the flow mechanism of rotating instability.
