导弹舱段卡圈连接刚度影响因素研究

摘  要:导弹舱段卡圈连接刚度对导弹性能有着重要影响。影响卡圈连接刚度的主要因素有卡圈结构的不对称性、摩擦接触和紧定螺钉预紧力。该文利用有限元仿真方法研究了上述三个因素对卡圈连接抗拉刚度、抗弯刚度和连接处局部刚度的影响规律。仿真研究表明:摩擦系数由0增大至0.2时,舱段整体抗拉刚度和连接处局部刚度分别提升6.9%和20.7%;预紧力由0 N增大至7 kN时,舱段整体的抗拉刚度和抗弯刚度分别提升6.6%和6.8%;不对称性会引起缺口侧整体抗拉刚度、抗弯刚度和连接处局部刚度分别降低18.2%、22.7%和11.8%。研究结论为改善导弹舱段卡圈连接刚度提供了参考依据。The joint stiffness of missile cabins jointed by circlip has an important effect on the performance of missile.The main factors affecting this joint stiffness are the asymmetry of the circlip,the friction of contact and pretightening force of the set screws.The influence law of the above three factors on the tensile stiffness,flexural stiffness and local stiffness of the joint is studied by finite element analysis.The simulation studies show that when the frictional coefficient increases from 0 to 0.2,the overall tensile stiffness and the local stiffness of the joint increase by 6.9%and 20.7%respectively;while when the magnitude of pretightening force increases from 0 N to 7 kN,the overall tensile stiffness and flexural stiffness increase by 6.6%and 6.8%respectively.The overall tensile stiffness,flexural stiffness and local stiffness at the notch side decrease by 18.2%,22.7%and 11.8%respectively owing to the asymmetry of circlip.The study provides a reference for improving the joint stiffness of the missile cabins jointed by circlip.
