摘 要:文章以安全、快速解决湿陷性黄土冲沟地区抢险难题为出发点,按照轻量化设计准则,将滑轨装置与冲沟地形下不同管道抢险运载需求相结合,设计了两套适用于湿陷性黄土冲沟地区的快速连接式滑轨组合运载装置。采用SolidWorks软件建立两套设计装置的结构模型,利用Ansys有限元软件对模型进行受力分析,根据装置应力应变云图校核装置的结构可靠性,并对装置结构薄弱点进行辅助分析,从而提出相应改进方案。分析结果能够为湿陷性黄土冲沟地区管道抢险提供科学指导。In this study,in order to safely and quickly solve the problem of pipeline rescue in the wet subsidence loess trench area,according to the lightweight design guidelines,two sets of fast-connecting slide rail combination transport devices suitable for the wet subsidence loess trench area are designed through combining the slide rail device with different pipeline rescue transport needs in the trench terrain.The SolidWorks software is used to establish the structural model of the two designed devices,and the Ansys finite element software is used to analyze the force on the model.The structural reliability of the devices is verified according to the stress-strain cloud diagram of the devices,and auxiliary analysis is carried out on the structural weak points of the devices,then the corresponding improvement scheme is proposed.This study can provide scientific guidance for pipeline rescue in the wet loess gully area.
