摘 要:浮置板隔振器主要用于实现道床的减震作用,其由套筒、盖板和支座等部件构成,可以与浮置板结构浇筑构成一个整体。为了确保浮置板隔振器结构在实际工况下的安全可靠性,文章运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立浮置板隔振器实体模型,通过模拟轨道车辆通过轨道时的浮置板隔振器的受压情况来研究其应力变化及变形情况。有限元仿真结果表明,浮置板隔振器满足强度、刚度要求,可为实际浮置板隔振器的设计与安全提供参考。The floating plate vibration isolator is mainly to realize the shock absorption effect of the track bed,and is composed of components such as sleeve,cover plate and bearing,which can form a whole with the floating plate structure pouring.In order to ensure safety and reliability of the floating plate isolator structure under the actual working conditions,this paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish a physical model of the floating plate isolator,and studies the stress change and deformation of the floating plate isolator when the vehicle passes through the track.The simulation results show that the floating plate isolator meets the strength and stiffness requirements,which can provide a reference for the design and safety of the actual floating plate vibration isolator.
