摘　　要：苯乙烯装置中的GSB-L型高速泵在使用过程中,多次发生润滑油、冲洗液和原料苯泄漏故障,影响了正常生产。通过分析发现,此类故障主要是由机械密封失效引起。针对该问题,该文分析了高速泵结构上存在的不足并进行了相应改造,经实际应用验证了改造的有效性,解决了高速泵的泄漏故障,延长了设备检修周期,降低了生产成本。During the use of GSB-L high speed pump in the styrene unit,leakage of the lubricating oil,washing liquid and raw benzene occurred many times,which affected the normal production.Through analysis,it is found that the failure is mainly caused by mechanical seal failure.For this problem,shortcomings of the structure are analyzed and transformations are made.Finally,the effectiveness of the transformation is verified.It solves the leakage of high speed pump,prolongs the maintenance cycle of the equipment and reduces the production cost.
