摘  要:创新作为推动经济发展的第一动力,促进城市协同创新是提高区域经济发展质量的重要一步。黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展已经上升为国家战略,作为重要区域,亟需探讨黄河下游城市协同创新网络的时空演化特征和影响因素。基于国家知识产权公布的联合申请专利数据,构建2011—2020年黄河下游34个城市间的协同创新网络,在运用社会网络分析方法剖析其演化特征的基础上,使用QAP回归分析揭示邻近性因素对城市创新合作的影响机制。结果如下:①创新网络逐渐向复杂稠密发展,逐渐演化成以济南、郑州和青岛为核心节点的核心边缘结构;②除文化邻近性外的邻近性因素均显著促进城市之间的创新合作,制度邻近性影响最大;③制度邻近性与地理邻近性和技术邻近性存在互补效应,制度邻近性对文化邻近性具有替代效应。Innovation is the primary driving force for economic development;promoting urban collaborative innovation is an important step for improving the quality of regional economic development.Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin have become national strategies.As for its important area,it is urgent to explore the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of urban collaborative innovation network in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.Based on the joint patent application data published by the National Intellectual Property Rights,a collaborative innovation network among 34 cities in the lower reaches of the Yellow River from 2011 to 2020 is constructed.The dissertation uses the social network analysis method to analyze its evolutionary characteristics and uses the QAP regression analysis to reveal the impact mechanism for proximity factors on urban innovation cooperation.The results are as follows:①The innovation network gradually develops into a complex and dense structure and gradually evolves into a core edge structure with Jinan,Zhengzhou and Qingdao as core nodes.②Proximity factors other than cultural proximity significantly promote innovative cooperation between cities,and institutional proximity has the greatest impact.③Institutional proximity exhibits a complementary relationship with both geographical and technological proximity,while simultaneously serving as a substitute for cultural proximity.
