基于Citespace文献计量的专利丛林研究现状与热点可视化分析

摘  要:采用文献计量学和知识图谱可视化方法系统梳理专利丛林研究现状、研究热点与研究不足,并提出未来研究方向,以期为专利丛林后续研究提供理论支持,助力我国科技创新效能加速跃迁。基于2003—2023年WOS核心数据库中专利丛林的相关文献,采用Citespace全面梳理了专利丛林领域的主要研究者、热点主题、核心期刊、重要文献等关键信息,厘清专利丛林的研究热点与发展前沿。研究结果表明,现有研究对专利丛林的内涵、测量方法、成因及解决路径等方面进行了广泛探讨,当前研究热点主要集中于以下六个核心领域:创新、研发、科技、知识产权、市场以及对专利丛林现象本身的深入研究,这些方面共同构成了目前学术与实践探索的关键问题。未来研究应致力于深化对专利丛林内涵特征及其演进规律的理解,构建更精确的专利丛林测度方法,探索多元化的解决路径以弱化其对技术创新的消极影响。立足现有文献,本文从促进专利交叉许可、增加专利维持成本以及提高专利授权审查门槛三个维度提出专利丛林的解决路径,为应对专利丛林、促进可持续创新提供智力支持。This paper uses bibliometric and knowledge graph visualization methods to systematically review the current status,research hotspots,and research shortcomings of the patent thicket,and proposes future research directions,with the aim at providing theoretical support for the subsequent research on the patent thicket and helping to accelerate the leapfrog of China’s technological innovation efficiency.Based on the relevant literature in the WOS core database from 2003 to 2023,Citespace was used to comprehensively sort out the key information on major researchers,hotspot topics,core journals and important documents in the patent thicket field,thereby clarifying the research hotspots and trends.The study finds that existing studies have extensively explored the connotation,measurement methods,causes,and solution paths of the patent thicket,and that the current research hotspots are mainly concentrated on six core areas:innovation,R&D,science and technology,intellectual property,market,and in-depth research on the patent thicket phenomenon itself.These aspects jointly constitute the key topics of academic and practical exploration.Future research should strive to deepen the understanding of the connotation and evolutionary laws of the patent thicket,build more precise measurement methods for the patent thicket,and explore diverse solution paths to weakening its negative impact on technological innovation.This paper,based on existing literature,proposes three solution paths for the patent thicket from the perspectives of promoting patent cross-licensing,increasing patent maintenance costs,and raising the threshold for patent grant examination,to provide intellectual support for addressing the patent thicket and promoting sustainable innovation.
