服务型制造模式下考虑成本差异的制造服务质量提升策略研究

摘  要:针对成本差异下制造服务的质量提升问题,构建了受价格和质量影响的供应链决策模型,应用Stackelberg博弈求解得到服务集成商与制造能力供应商不同策略组合下的支付矩阵,运用演化博弈理论得到演化稳定策略,探讨各参与主体策略选择的影响因素,并进行仿真分析。研究结果表明:质量提升成本系数的增加会降低服务质量提升水平,而服务集成商与制造能力供应商合作可使服务质量水平达到最高;制造能力供应商和服务集成商之间的服务质量提升策略存在“搭便车”现象,服务集成商可以通过选择适当的分摊比例解决该问题;调整一些参数可以控制单方服务质量提升的概率。This paper constructs a decision model influenced by price and quality to address the issue of manufacturing service quality improvement with cost differences.And the paper obtains the payment matrix of service integrators and manufacturing capability suppliers under different strategy combinations by applying Stackelberg game.Based on evolution game theory,the paper obtains some evolutionary stabilization strategies.Then the article explores the factors influencing the strategy choice of each participating subject and conducts the simulation analysis.The results of the study show that:the increase of quality improvement cost coefficient will reduce the level of quality improvement,and that the cooperation between the service integrator and the manufacturing capacity supplier can make the quality level reach the highest;there is a“free rider”phenomenon in the service quality improvement strategy between manufacturing capability suppliers and service integrators,and service integrators can solve this problem by choosing appropriate allocation ratio;adjusting some parameters can control the probability of unilateral service quality improvement.
