摘　　要：推动农业产业化发展,培育和壮大龙头企业是关键。湖北省培育农业产业化龙头企业的做法与经验主要体现在充分发挥龙头企业自我培育、自我发展的主体作用和政府扶弱助强、纾困解难的促进作用,注重用工业化和产业化思维改造传统农业,培育和壮大龙头企业。To promote the development of agricultural industrialization,cultivating and strengthening leading enterprises is the key.The practice and experience of cultivating leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hubei Province are mainly reflected in giving full play to the main role of self-cultivation and self-development of leading enterprises and the promotion role of the government in helping the weak and helping the strong and alleviating the difficulties,transforming traditional agriculture with industrialization and industrialization thinking,and cultivating and strengthening leading enterprises.
