基于CNKI的国内运动损伤防治研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:对国内近30年运动损伤防治相关文献进行可视化分析,为运动损伤防治纵深研究提供参考。方法:以运动损伤防治为主题词,检索1990年1月~2023年8月中国知网(CNKI)数据库,对人工复核后的705篇有效文献采用CiteSpace6.2.R4软件进行可视化分析。结果:1990-2023年,运动损伤防治的发文量呈现增长趋势,“运动损伤”“预防”“防治”“损伤”“大学生”为排名前5位的关键词;关键词聚类模块值(Q值)为0.4717,聚类平均轮廓值S值0.82;研究期内关键词在不同时区的关注热点有所不同;机构间合作交流较少,暂未形成较为完善的机构合作网络体系;分析作者的共现图谱,主要有6个核心研究团队。结论:研究报告期内,运动损伤防治研究单位主要聚焦在体育类高校,医疗机构较少,机构之间、作者间缺乏合作;研究内容主要聚焦于现况调查,无中长期队列研究,无针对运动损伤的系统研究。未来运动损伤防治方面的研究具有很大前景,但尚需加强机构之间、作者之间的合作,亟待开展高质量的“体医融合”研究设计和临床应用研究。Objective:To visualize and analyze the literature related to the prevention and treatment of sports injuries in Chi-na in the past 30years,and to provide references for the longitudinal research on the prevention and treatment of sports injuries.Methods:With sports injury prevention and treatment as the subject term,the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)database was searched from January 1990to August 2023,and 705valid literatures after manual review were visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace 6.2.R4software.Results:From 1990to 2023,the number of articles published on sports injury prevention and control showed an increasing trend,with“sports injury”,“prevention”,“control”,“injury”“college students”are the top 5keywords;the keyword clustering module value(Q-value)is 0.4717,and the clustering average profile value S-value is 0.82;the keywordshotspots of concern in different time zones during the study period are different;the inter-institutional cooperation and exchange is relatively small,and a more perfect institutional cooperation network system has not yet been formed;the analysis of the authors shows an increasing trend in the number of articles published.Institutional cooperation network system;analyzing the co-occurrence mapping of authors,there are mainly six core research teams.Conclusion:During the study period,research institutions on sports injury prevention and treatment mainly focused on sports colleges and universities,with fewer medical insti-tutions,and there was a lack of cooperation between institutions and authors;the research content mainly focused on the current situation survey,with no medium-or long-term cohort study and no systematic study on sports injuries.Future research on sports injury prevention and treatment has great prospects,but there is a need to strengthen the cooperation between institutions and au-thors,and there is an urgent need to carry out high-quality“integration of sports and medicine”research design and clinical ap-plication research.
