摘　　要：GPX4信号通路是近年来骨生物学重大发现之一,在骨代谢中发挥着重要的作用,已成为骨质疏松症治疗的靶点。本文通过对相关文献进行综述,系统总结了GPX4通路调控铁死亡与骨质疏松症作用机制,并探讨中药活性成分以及中药复方如青蛾丸、左归丸、补肾健脾活血方等通过调节GPX4通路的方式来干预细胞铁死亡过程,进而改善骨质疏松症的病理进程。以期为中医药治疗骨质疏松症的进一步研究提供参考依据,也为未来新药开发和临床实践提供理论支持。GPX4signaling pathway is one of the major discoveries in bone biology in recent years.It plays an important role in bone metabolism and has become a target for the treatment of osteoporosis.Based on the review of relevant literature,this re-view systematically summarized the mechanism of GPX4pathway regulating ferroptosis and osteoporosis,and discussed the active ingredients of Chinese medicines and Chinese herbal compounds such as Qinghuo pills,Zuogui pills,Bushen Jianpi Huoxue pre-scriptions,etc.to interfere with the process of cell ferroptosis by regulating GPX4pathway,and thus improve the pathological process of osteoporosis.In order to provide reference for the further study of TCM treatment of osteoporosis,but also for the future development of new drugs and clinical practice to provide theoretical support.
