摘　　要：10CrMo9-10钢属于低合金铬钼耐热钢,具有良好的高温强度、韧性及焊接性能。根据BSEN 10216-2:2019标准和用户技术协议要求,开发了高压蒸汽管道用10CrMo9-10无缝钢管,并对工业化生产钢管的化学成分、金相组织及常温和中温力学性能进行了实验研究,结果表明,钢管品质优良,其质量与性能远超出BSEN10216-2:2019标准的要求和用户需求。10CrMo9-10 steel belongs to low-alloy chromium molybdenum heat-resistant steel,which has good high-temperature strength,toughness,and welding performance.According to the BS EN 10216-2:2019 standard and user technical agreement requirements,10CrMo9-10 seamless steel pipes for high-pressure steam pipelines have been developed.Experimental studies have been conducted on the chemical composition,metallographic structure,and mechanical properties at room and medium temperatures of industrially produced steel pipes.The results show that the quality of the steel pipes is excellent,and their performance far exceed the requirements of BS EN 10216-2:2019 standard and user needs.
