摘　　要：GH738合金生产过程中经常出现晶粒度混晶、大晶粒情况,本文研究了不同热处理制度对GH738冷拔材晶粒度组织的影响,通过对GH738合金冷拔材的热处理工艺试验,总结此合金在热处理过程中晶粒度变化规律,针对混晶及大晶粒现象提出相应解决措施。During the production process of GH738 alloy,grain size mixed crystal and large grain often occur.This article studies the effects of different heat treatment systems on the grain size and microstructure of GH738 cold drawn bars.Through heat treatment process experiments on GH738 alloy cold drawn bars,the variation law of grain size in this alloy during heat treatment is summarized,and the corresponding solutions are proposed for the phenomena of mixed crystal and large grain.
