摘 要:为研究不同的转炉出钢温度对帘线钢中夹杂物的影响,本文通过工业试验对炼钢过程和线材成品分别进行取样,对比分析夹杂物的组成、尺寸、夹杂物在三元相图中CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)的落点以及颗粒尺寸>10μm的夹杂物比例。结果表明:采用相同的精炼渣系及工艺冶炼帘线钢,当提高转炉出钢温度时,发现钢中夹杂物在三元相图CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)中的落点往左上偏移,夹杂物组成中的Al_(2)O_(3)含量有所降低,而且夹杂物指数更低;对终轧线材取样分析可知,转炉高温出钢时,钢中夹杂物在三元相图CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)中落点更靠近理论上的低熔点区域,并且粒径>10μm的大尺寸夹杂物比例明显减少。To study the influences of dfferent converter tapping temperature on inclusions in steel wire rope,this study conducted industrial experiments to sample the steel-making process and finished products separately,and compared the analysis of inclusion composition,size,the point of fall in the ternary phase diagram of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),and the proportion of inclusions with particle size greater than 10μm.The results show that when the tapping temperature is increased for the same slag system and process to produce steel wire rope,the point of fall of inclusions in the ternary phase diagram of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),shifts to the upper left,the content of Al_(2)O_(3),in the inclusion composition decreases,and the inclusion index is lower;For the finished products,the point of fall of inclusions in the ternary phase diagram of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),is closer to the theoretical low-melting point region when the ladle is tapped at high temperature,and the proportion of large-sized inclusions with particle size greater than 10μm is significantly reduced.
