摘 要:通过对不同固溶温度热处理后的GH4169合金进行性能数据、金相组织及微观断口形貌分析,研究了其联合持久缺口敏感性的影响因素。结果表明:在锻造温度保持不变的情况下,GH4169合金的持久缺口敏感性主要受相析出量的影响,而8相的析出量与固溶温度密切相关。在950℃至980℃范围内进行固溶热处理时,8相在晶界或晶内适量析出,降低了材料的缺口敏感性;而在980℃以上温度进行固溶热处理时,无θ相析出,导致材料的缺口敏感性显著增加。By analyzing the performance data,metallographic structure,and microscopic fracture morphology of GH4169 alloy after heat treatment at different solid solution temperatures,the influencing factors of notch sensitivity of the combined specimens were studied.The results indicate that under constant forging temperature,the notch sensitivity of GH4169 alloy is mainly affected by the precipitation amount of phase,which is closely related to the solid solution temperature.When subjected to solution heat treatment within the range of 950℃to 980℃,the phase precipitates appropriately at grain boundaries or within the grains,reducing the material's notch sensitivity;When subjected to solution heat treatment at temperatures above 980℃,there is no precipitation of the phase,resulting in a significant increase in the material's notch sensitivity.
