摘  要:本文针对结晶器振动液压系统常见故障诊断进行了研究分析。首先,介绍了结晶器振动装置的组成,其次,讲解了结晶器振动液压系统的工作原理,再次,阐述了结晶器振动系统的日常维护要求,最后,重点探讨了结晶器振动液压系统常见的故障类型,包括先导油压力异常、液压缸位置瞬时跳变、液压缸波峰波谷位置曲线锯齿状、液压缸位置漂移及液压缸位置无响应等,并提供了相应的故障判断方法和处理措施。本文为提高结晶器振动系统的可靠性提供了经验认知。This paper conducts research and analysis on the common fault diagnosis of the mold vibration hydraulic system.Firstly,it introduces the composition of the mold vibration device.Secondly,it explains the working principle of the mold vibration hydraulic system.Thirdly,it elaborates on the daily maintenance requirements of the mold vibration system.Finally,it focuses on discussing the common fault types of the mold vibration hydraulic system,including abnormal pilot oil pressure,instantaneous jump of the hydraulic cylinder position,sawtoothshaped peaks and valleys of the hydraulic cylinder position curve,drift of the hydraulic cylinder position,and no response of the hydraulic cylinder position,and provides corresponding fault judgment methods and handling measures.This paper provides empirical knowledge for improving the reliability of the mold vibration system.
