摘 要:向日葵列当已成为限制向日葵产业健康发展的关键问题。以不同列当抗性的向日葵幼苗为试验材料,测定列当寄生条件下向日葵H_(2)O_(2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,探明不同列当抗性向日葵品种应对列当侵染时的响应差异。结果表明,列当寄生使向日葵幼苗体内的H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量均提高,且感列当向日葵品种(3638C)的增加幅度大于耐列当品种(SH363-M)和抗列当品种(TP-3313),活性氧胁迫更严重;随着列当寄生时间延长,CAT、POD、SOD活性均呈现先增加后降低趋势,且酶活性的增加幅度整体表现为TP-3313>SH363-M>3638C。At present,Orobanche cumana Wallr.has become a key issue restricting the healthy development of sunflower industry.Using sunflower varieties with different resistance to broomrape as test materials,the contents of H_(2)O_(2),malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activitie of enzymes including catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were determined to identify the difference resistance level of different sunflower varieties to respond broomrapes infecting.The results showed that the contents of H_(2)O_(2)and MDA were raised in sunflower seedlings infected with broomrapes,the increase of sensitive variety(3638C)was greater than those of tolerant variety(SH363-M)and resistant variety(TP-3313),and the reactive oxygen stress was even more severe.With the extension of parasitic time,CAT,POD and SOD activities showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the overall increase range of enzyme activity was TP-3313>SH363-M>3638C.
