摘  要:聚焦集成电路企业的科技成果转化现状,以天水华天电子集团(以下简称“集团”)的科技成果转化为例,探讨了科技成果转化的途径及其对企业的重要意义。通过分析集团科技成果转化的方式方法,取得的成就,揭示出在转化过程中存在的诸如区域劣势、人才匮乏、资金短缺以及市场环境等问题,从而得出了从政策支持、企业自身能力建设以及市场机制完善等多个维度加快科技成果转化的结论,为集成电路企业提升企业科技成果转化效率,推动企业持续发展提供了借鉴。This paper focuses on the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in integrated circuit enterprises.Taking the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Tianshui Huatian Electronic Group(hereinafter referred to as"Group")as an example,this paper discusses the significance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to enterprises.By analyzing the methods and achievements of the group′s scientific and technological achievements transformation,it reveals the problems existing in the transformation process,such as regional disadvantages,lack of talents,shortage of funds and market environment.Therefore,the conclusion of accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from multiple dimensions such as policy support,enterprise′s own capacity building and market mechanism improvement is obtained,which provides a reference for integrated circuit enterprises to improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the innovation and development of enterprises.
