摘　　要：目的调查脑卒中患者出院后康复训练依从性现状,分析影响脑卒中患者出院后康复训练依从性的主要因素。方法选取2023年5—2023年10月漳州市某二甲医院符合纳排标准的出院脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查、脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性量表收集患者相关资料,评估患者出院后康复训练依从性现状,分析患者出院后康复训练依从性的影响因素。结果脑卒中患者出院后康复训练依从性处于中等水平,不同年龄段、不同陪护类型、不同BI指数、不同BMI患者分组其出院后康复训练依从性得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院脑卒中患者出院后康复训练依从性处于中等水平,受年龄、陪护类型、BI指数、BMI等因素影响。Objective Investigate the current status of compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge among stroke patients,and analyze the main factors infl uencing their compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge.Methods This study selected discharged stroke patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from grade II-A and above hospitals in Zhangzhou City from May to October 2023 as the research subjects.The study collected relevant information from the patients using a general information survey and a functional exercise compliance scale for stroke patients.The primary objective was to assess the current status of patients'compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge,and to analyze the factors infl uencing their compliance with rehabilitation training post-discharge.Results The level of compliance with rehabilitation training among stroke patients after discharge was moderate.Comparison of the scores of compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge among patient groups with diff erent age ranges,types of caregivers,BI(Barthel Index)scores,and BMI(Body Mass Index)revealed statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of compliance with rehabilitation training among stroke patients after discharge from hospitalization is moderate and is infl uenced by factors such as age,type of caregiver,BI(Barthel Index)score,and BMI(Body Mass Index).
