文化润疆视域下新疆文化遗产保护与发展的三重逻辑

摘　　要：文化润疆是新时代党的治疆方略的题中之义,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央从战略全局角度系统谋划新疆工作,为凸显文化在边疆治理中的独特意义而实施的重大决策部署。从历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑三个维度厘清新疆文化遗产保护与发展的脉络,让新疆文化遗产唤起各族群众共有的集体记忆和思想共识,对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识、增强各族人民的文化自觉和文化自信、实现新疆工作总目标、奋力推进中国式现代化的新疆实践具有重要的意义。Nourishing the cultures of Xinjiang is an important part of the CPC's Xinjiang governance strategy in the new era.It is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core to strategically review and plan Xinjiang's work in order to fully demonstrate the unique value of culture in border governance.Clarify the context of the protection and development of Xinjiang's cultural heritage from the three dimensions of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic,and let Xinjiang's cultural heritage arouse the collective memory and ideological consensus shared by people of all ethnic groups,so as to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation,enhance the cultural consciousness and self-confidence of the people of all ethnic groups,realize the general goal of Xinjiang's work,and strive to promote the practice of Chinese-style modernization in Xinjiang.
