金融学专业本科人才培养的数字素养体系构建研究

摘　　要：本文基于DigComp2.2数字素养框架,结合数字经济背景下金融业态的演进趋势,从数字基础素养和专业特质素养两方面考量,融入金融从业者在数字环境下所需的职业素养与技能,构建了涵盖数字意识、数字信息处理、数字沟通合作、数字安全、数字思维与技术应用的五维体系。通过问卷调查和实证分析,验证了该体系的合理性和评价指标的有效性,为培养复合型人才提供理论依据和实践指导。Based on DigComp2.2 digital competence framework,this paper aims at the development trend of financial industry in the context of digital economy,and considers both digital basic competence and professional trait competence,incorporates the professional competence and skills required by financial practitioners in the digital environment,and constructs a five-dimensional framework covering digital awareness,digital information processing,digital communication and cooperation,digital security,digital thinking and technology application.The rationality of the framework and the effectiveness of the evaluation index system are verified through a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for cultivating composite talents to promote the development of new quality productivity.
