摘　　要：文章通过查阅国内有关第三代图书馆的研究文献,梳理出国内学界关于第三代图书馆存在的“阶段说”“形态说”“水平说”三种不同观点。通过辨析第三代图书馆的断代依据与显著特征,赋予了第三代图书馆准确内涵,并且通过分析当前国内发展背景,指出第三代图书馆需要关注主动提升服务效能、主动传承中华文化、主动加强信息素养教育和主动赋能社会发展这四项建设重点,尝试为中国图书馆事业的发展提供理论支撑。Through reviewing the domestic research literature on the third-generation library,this paper has sorted out three different views on the existence of third-generation libraries within academic community in China:“stage theory”“form theory”and“level theory”.Through analyzing the periodization criteria and distinct characteristics of third-generation libraries,this study gives an accurate connotation to the understanding of the third-generation libraries.Furthermore,based on the current development context in China,this study points out that the third-generation libraries need to focus on the four construction priorities:proactively enhancing service effectiveness,proactively inheriting Chinese culture,proactively strengthening information literacy education,and proactively empowering the social development.This study aims to provide theoretical support for the development of China s librarianship industry.
