摘  要:作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,中小学图书馆的发展离不开一支高素质的馆员队伍。文章以问卷形式调查了广州市11个辖区的中小学图书馆馆员队伍建设现状。总体上,广州市中小学图书馆馆员对图书馆工作普遍持有满意态度,但在馆员队伍建设方面仍存在馆员配备结构失衡、工作任务繁重、职称评定难、缺乏学校重视等问题。针对现存问题,文章提出了完善馆员配备结构,减轻馆员工作压力;科学设置评价体系,提高馆员科研能力;提高馆员受重视程度,促进馆员专业化发展等对策建议。As a crucial component of the national education system,the development of school libraries relies on a high-quality librarian workforce.This study investigates the current status of librarian workforce development in school libraries across 11 districts of Guangzhou through a questionnaire-based survey.Overall,librarians in Guangzhou s school libraries generally express satisfaction with their work.However,several challenges persist in librarian workforce development,such as imbalanced staffing structure,excessive workload,difficulties in professional title assessment,and insufficient recognition from schools.To address these challenges,this study proposes some suggestions,including optimizing librarian staffing structures and alleviating work pressure;establishing a scientific evaluation system and enhancing librarians research capabilities;elevating the importance attached to librarians and promoting the professional development of librarians.
